Payment Methods at PANA TOYS

At PANA TOYS, we accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Please note that we do not accept purchase orders.

Credit and Debit Cards

We accept MasterCard, Discover, Visa, American Express, and Union Pay for payment. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Shop with confidence at PANA TOYS, knowing that your transactions are protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption.

We will authorize your credit card at the time of your order. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount. This hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. Please check with your bank for details.

The credit card used for payment must be registered to the billing address on the order. The delivery address can be different from the billing address.

PayPal

We accept payment by PayPal. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your purchase.

If you’d like the option to pay for your order in 4 interest-free payments, select ‘Pay in 4’ on the PayPal website.

Our payment solution is based on the SSL standard, ensuring that your information submitted in connection with the payment transaction is protected by encryption.

Apple Pay

We accept payment by Apple Pay on your Mac or Apple device. After making sure your order details are correct, choose Apple Pay as your payment method and complete your order with Touch ID or by entering your passcode.

Express Checkout

PayPal and Apple Pay customers will see an option for express checkout when finalizing their order. Before finishing up, just make sure the correct billing and shipping addresses appear in your PayPal or Apple Pay account, as that’s the information we’ll use to process your order.

Paying by Link

If you’re on the phone with one of our PANA TOYS experts, you may be asked to pay for an order by clicking on a secure link that we send to you by email. The link will take you to a secure payment page, so you can enter your card details knowing that the transaction is protected by the highest level of security via SSL encryption. The link is only valid for 24 hours, so be sure to click and pay before it expires to place your order.

We will authorize your credit card once you make the payment. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the order amount.
